What is Theradome’s warranty term?


Our helmets have a 1-year limited warranty for purchases made through our website or authorized resellers. We warrant our laser helmets against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original retail purchase date. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

The warranty begins the day we ship our the product, this is standard manufacturer’s warranty policy. We just additionally add 7 days to it when someone purchase directly from us or Costco to compensate for any delivery times.

Theradome six month money back guarantee and refund policy


We believe you will love your Theradome. If you purchase from our website and/or via 1 (855) 549-6757 or our official Amazon Store, you are covered by our 6-month money back guarantee (effective from the date of purchase of the product). Costco customers are covered by Coscto policies. In order to qualify for this money back guarantee, we simply request that you use your Theradome as instructed in the user manual, 20-minute sessions twice a week for 180 days, to the best of your ability.

If you have not achieved visible or satisfactory results after 180 days from the date of purchase, you may return your Theradome for a full refund of the purchase price, less the shipping cost and interest charges—if a financing option (Affirm) was used for payment.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a 6-month money back guarantee if you are purchasing internationally.

What is the difference between the manufacturer’s warranty and the extended warranty?


The Theradome comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty when purchased from an authorized reseller.
Domecare, our extended warranty, extends your coverage from one year to three years from the original purchase date of your Theradome and adds technical fault and accidental damage coverage. You can purchase your Domecare by calling 1-855-549-6757 or by visiting www.theradome.com/shop.
