Our helmets have a 1-year limited warranty for purchases made through our website or authorized resellers. We warrant our laser helmets against defects in materials and workmanship, battery, or charger failure for a period of one year from the original retail purchase date. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse.
When Does It Begin?
The warranty begins the day we ship our product, this is the standard manufacturer’s warranty policy. We just additionally add 7 days when someone purchases directly from us or Costco to compensate for any delivery times.
If you purchased your Theradome directly from our Theradome website, you have been automatically registered for your warranty. If you purchased your Theradome from an authorized reseller, please click here for warranty registration instructions. Register your product upon receipt to qualify for the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note: Theradome does not provide a warranty on helmets purchased from non-authorized resellers (for example, eBay).
DomeCare Extended Warranty
DomeCare, our extended warranty, extends your coverage from one year to three years from the original purchase date. This adds technical fault and accidental damage coverage to protect your laser hair growth helmet. You can purchase your DomeCare by calling 1 (855) 549-6757 or by visiting our shop.

We can refund the purchase price of your Theradome laser hair therapy helmet (and extended warranty, if purchased). However, we cannot refund any interest charges or fees associated with Affirm financing. For purchases made with the Affirm payment plan on our website, please contact customer care at email@example.com or call 1 (855) 549-6757 to request a refund.
We believe you will love your Theradome. Purchase from our website or our official Amazon Store, for 6-month money back guarantee coverage. This is effective from the date of purchase of your helmet. Coscto policies cover Costco purchases. To qualify for our money back guarantee, we simply request that you use your Theradome as instructed. Per your user manual, use Theradome for 20-minute sessions 180 days, to the best of your ability. Use PRO 2 x per week and EVO 4 x per week. Please note that all accessory sales are final including batteries and chargers and are not covered by our 6 month money back guarantee.
If you have not achieved visible or satisfactory results after 180 days from the date of purchase, you may return your Theradome for a full refund of the purchase price. This is less the shipping cost and interest charges—if a financing option (Affirm) was used for payment.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a 6-month money back guarantee if you are purchasing internationally.
