What is the success rate for Theradome and its results for hair regrowth?

Hair loss occurs over a prolonged period of time and the process of hair restoration takes time. Individual results differ based on various factors, but here are some suggestions that you may find useful:

  1. Before and after pictures are important to track your progress.
  2. Hair loss is associated with Fungus and inflammation. It’s extremely important to incorporate a regimen of anti-fungal shampoos as you undergo laser phototherapy.
  3. We always advise to have your cause of hair loss properly diagnosed. Medical conditions, hormonal imbalances or other lifestyle factors such as stress or nutritional deficiencies can be causing your hair loss. Its important to rule these out to make sure you don’t compromise your laser phototherapy treatments. Visiting a physician, hair loss expert, or Trichologist could help you uncover an issue of which you may not be aware – which could be hindering your hair restoration progress.

The most advanced stages of hair loss have not been tested with Theradome treatments. Schedule a visit with a Trichologist if you fall in this category. Slick or bald areas on your scalp indicate that there are buried hair follicles under a layer of skin. In this particular case, only a combination of hair restoration surgery and laser phototherapy can help these particular shiny areas.

Taking all of the above into account, consistent use of the Theradome will ensure that you maximize the benefits of our laser phototherapy helmet, and don’t forget that we are here to support you along the way.

Things you can do while wearing Theradome

Activities such as browsing the Internet, watching TV, or reading are perfectly compatible. However, physical activity and exercise should be avoided during each 20-minute treatment session.

Understanding the effectiveness of Theradome and the quantity of lasers it uses

The Theradome PRO LH80 contains 80 medical grade 680 nanometer lasers and the Theradome EVO LH40 contains 40. Both contain the same medical grade lasers. Theradome’s 680 nanometer wavelength delivers the strongest dose available for the deepest penetration to the hair follicle. This is why over 6,500 hair restoration clinics recommend Theradome globally.

The quality of lasers are more important than the quantity of them. Other laser devices on the market add LEDs mixed with lasers to be able to claim more overall lights. However, LED lights spread out and doesn’t have the narrow focus and follicle penetration that lasers do, causing less effective results.

Theradome made in USA

We are the only laser hair growth company that “grows” our own lasers here in Silicon Valley, California. Our competitors buy their lasers from Asia and the only wavelength Asia makes is 650nm. Theradome operates at the proven wavelength for regrowing hair at 680nm. 680nm is optimal because the higher the wavelength, the deeper the penetration of red light to the papilla and the bulge, two areas which are crucial for hair growth.

What is the Theradome’s manufacturer’s warranty?

Our helmets have a one year limited warranty for purchases made through our website, Amazon or authorized resellers. We warrant our laser helmets against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original retail purchase date. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

Understanding how to replace the battery for your Theradome

  • Step one: Please be sure your Theradome is disconnected from the charger
  • Step two: On the rear of the Theradome, you’ll find two screws that fasten the battery door. Remove them with a Phillips screwdriver, and set them aside in a safe place.
  • Step three: Carefully remove the battery door from your Theradome. You’ll see that the battery is attached to the Theradome via three wires and a plastic connector. Let’s remove that. Disconnect the wires by pinching them at the base of the connector and gently pulling them apart. Now you can slide the battery out and set it aside.
  • Step four: Let’s install the new battery. Start by attaching the new battery via the connector. Make sure the two connector ridges are facing outwards. Slide the (white) connector from the battery into the one on your Theradome. Next, gently slide the battery into the Theradome.
  • When you do this, don’t be alarmed! The Theradome will say “System error” and the master switch light will flash red. This is normal.
  • Step five: To exit this error state, you will need to and hold it for one second. When successful, your Theradome will say “Ready for treatment, place on head”.
  • Step six: Now, reinstall the battery door. Do not turn on the Theradome until the battery door is shut and the two Phillips screws are reinstalled. Great job, the Battery replacement is complete.
  • Step seven: don’t forget to Recycle the old battery
