Can I take Theradome on an airplane?

Yes, it is okay to travel with Theradome and use the helmet at high altitudes. The European Union requires we list all possible limits of our product, thus why it says 4,400 meters.

Living overseas and the six month money-back guarantee

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a 6-month money back guarantee if you are purchasing internationally. The money back guarantee applies to U.S. addresses only. We added this benefit to help as many customers as possible, but we are unable to accept international returns due to the varied customs and duty management processes required to manage returns from outside of the U.S.

We also have resellers in most regions that have various return policies. Would you like me to see if there is one close to you?

Theradome is recommended in over 6,500 clinics globally. Our helmets have a 98% success rate for both men and women and our customers love their Theradome!

Does Theradome ship to the Middle East?

Yes, we ship to the UAE, Egypt, Dubai, and Kuwait. If you’d like to check for other countries in the Middle East, please provide us your name and email address. We will check if there’s a reseller available to ship in your country. You can also directly email for additional support.

How do I take the Theradome with me when travelling?

We have a lot of customers who travel with their helmets in their luggage, carry on, and checked-in baggage with no issues. You may want to double check with your airline carrier just to make sure. You may take the IFU (instructions for use) that shows what the device is used for. We even have customers who have put their helmets under the seats on a plane.

When travelling, we recommend using the white protective bag that came with your Theradome.
