Steps to register your Theradome helmet:
- please go to our warranty registration page
- fill out the form and submit
- it will take you to the warranty registration page which asks you to enter the SN#
- then it will ask you enter purchase date
- then it will ask you to enter where you purchased it from (ex. Amazon)
- then you will click on register If you already have an account with us, you can log into your account and then follow the steps from steps 4-7

For purchases made with Affirm, Theradome requires that all delivery and credit card billing addresses are within the U.S.

We can refund the purchase price of your Theradome helmet (and extended warranty, if purchased). However, we cannot refund any interest charges or fees associated with Affirm financing.

Refunds can only be done from its original place of purchase unless purchased directly from our website.
Theradome delivers orders by UPS and require a signature upon delivery. Orders placed before 11AM PST on a business day will generally ship out from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 11AM PST or on a non-business day will ship our from our warehouse the next business day (Monday through Friday). Here are guidelines for the approximate delivery times.
