If you are missing any of the screws for the battery door, you can easily purchase them at a local hardware store. We are not able to send replacement screws to our customers, however, here is the picture and dimension of the screw that you want to purchase.
Please note that all Theradome orders are delivered by UPS and require a signature upon delivery. Orders placed before 11AM PST on a business day will generally ship out from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 11AM PST or on a non-business day will ship our from our warehouse the next business day (Monday through Friday). Here are guidelines for the approximate delivery times.

We offer these shipping methods: expedited shipping, shipping carrier, delivery method, shipping rates. We use UPS for all Theradome helmet shipments. A signature is required upon delivery.
Rates are as follows:
Free UPS Ground shipping to all 50 states in U.S. Expedited shipping for U.S. orders is available for a fee. When you checkout, it will calculate the amount.
UPS Ground shipping for Canada is $50.
The flat rate ship fee to Mexico is $50.
UPS Air shipping for Asia, Africa, and Australia: $150, Europe: $125, South America: $175.
For shipments outside of the U.S., the shipping charge covers shipping only. You are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country and are non-refundable. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.
If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
DomeCare Theradome extended warranty and protection plan provides full coverage and support on any accidental damage or misuse and any mechanical or operational faults for an additional 2 years on top of your 1-year warranty. DomeCare extended warranty includes:
New battery (usually $49) and charger (usually $29) if needed.
Free repair or a brand new helmet for Theradome gets damage – regardless of the cause.
Free upgrades to maintain your helmet’s premium performance.
VIP priority troubleshooting and customer service.
You can only purchase DomeCare once for your helmet. The DomeCare can be purchased within the first 3 years from the original purchase date of your helmet. Once that expires, we can still offer you other options such as purchasing a new charger or battery.
Thank you for contacting Theradome. Our manufacturer’s warranty periods begin from the Date of Original Retail Purchase and extends out 12+ months based on corporate policy for Theradome helmets.
Our corporate policy goes out one step further and provides the retail customer the manufacturer’s warranty from the Date of Purchase and extends this out to 372 days or 12 months + 7 days to compensate for any delivery times etc.
Our manufacturing facilities are all Class 1000 and operating under the ISO13485 protocols for assuring clean air conditions.
Our logistics facilities are also ISO13485.
Our packaging is never exposed to outside elements and kept under room temperature in enclosed facilities. During transport we have specifications that can our product can tolerate from zero degrees Celsius to 45 degrees Celsius ranges
Currently, we are shipping globally with no restrictions, unless the country is under quarantine, and shipments are still being made to in-country warehouse locations.
For domestic shipments, there are no restrictions by any US carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon) at this time ; however there may be longer than average shipment times affecting guaranteed service times.
