Our manufacturer’s warranty periods begin from the Date of Original Retail Purchase and extends out 12+ months based on corporate policy for Theradome helmets.
Our corporate policy goes out one step further and provides the retail customer the manufacturer’s warranty from the Date of Purchase and extends this out to 372 days or 12 months + 7 days to compensate for any delivery times etc.
